• A $25 booking deposit is required and will be applied toward your final balance.

• Local mobile appointments (within 25 miles of Emporia) start at $45 including travel and one notarization.

• Richmond-area appointments are available on Wednesdays starting at $75.

• Hampton Roads / Virginia Beach appointments are available on select Saturdays starting at $85.

• Appointments requested outside of scheduled regional service days are considered dedicated travel appointments and start at $100+ depending on location and timing.

• Additional notarizations are $10 each as allowed by Virginia law.
